About Miranda Gray
Miranda Gray has a background in science and art, and is a published author and artist as well as an alternative therapy practitioner. She is also a Company Director of a multimedia production company.
Miranda is the author of 'Red Moon - Understanding and using the gifts of the menstrual cycle', which has been translated into five languages. She has given talks and workshops on Red Moon in the UK and Europe as well as in Canada, and has written magazine articles on the subject. Red Moon, first published in 1994, was republished as a revised edition in 2009.
'The Optimized Woman' book and 'The Women's Wisdom online life-coaching course' are the natural progression of the ideas first developed in Red Moon and combine over ten years experience of working in business with life-coaching techniques, experience drawn from running talks and courses for women, and a two year internet-delivered survey of women's experiences of their cycles.
The first talk on the Optimized Woman was given at Red Tent Sisters in Toronto, Canada, in 2008.
Miranda offers talks and workshops based on the Optimized Woman concepts and is currently involved in further book proposals and projects to expand exploration into women's Optimum Time abilities and skills.
Miranda lives in Hampshire, England with her husband. She lives what she teaches!
